Made in Melbourne using 100% Australian organic soybeans and wheat. Batch 1 is currently fermenting.

Our soy sauce production process is based on old Japanese techniques, but we've embraced stainless steel as the material of choice in our food grade facility.

Based in Altona North in the western suburbs of Melbourne, we are passionate soy sauce consumers and believe the umami flavour uprising has only begun.
